We are located in Austin, TX and surrounding areas. Each client is evaluated to determine muscular deficiencies. An individual, written program is developed to correct postural deviations and improve core stability, muscular endurance, strength and power. We specialize in general population clients ranging in age from 15-80. The focus is to set specific realistic goals and teach lifelong skills that will improve balance, stability, strength, eating habits and even blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, and obesity.
